I grew up in Arizona and am a University of Arizona alumni, receiving all my education in the wonderful state of Arizona. Although not being considered a true native since I was born out of state, I still consider Arizona the only place I would want to live. I grew up riding with my first experience being at age three and my first horse show was at age eight. I got my first reiner at age 12, who was not very good! I showed pleasure horses, halter, english and trail. Deciding to try something different, I was crowned Tucson Rodeo Queen in 1991 and Turquoise Circuit Queen in 1992. I was elected to the Tucson Rodeo Board of Directors in 1992 and worked on the Publicity and Promotion Committee for five years. From 1985 till 2000 I worked for Eagle Milling Company as a purchasing agent, retail store manager and corporate account manager. I received my Arizona Real Estate License in the spring of 1998. In 1996 I married Al Kuenzli who told me that I needed a real horse and purchased the first of many "real" reiners. In 2000 I won my first Lawson Bronze in a $2000 added Non-Pro Futurity. Starting in 2000 I donated my time to judge the local jackpots and decided to pursue an NRHA judges card in 2002. My first assignment was a $2000 added Futurity and Derby in Utah, since then I have been to Nevada, Idaho, Ohio, California, Washington, Missouri and Georgia. When not judging in 2002 to 2005 I ran my own wine brokerage. Some of the labels I represented are Peachy Canyon, Tobin James, L'Aventure, and Mustard Creek. I am now devoting my full time to real estate, specializing in fine homes and horse property in the North Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Rio Verde and Carefree areas.
There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.
I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because I’m experienced, because I’m professional . . .and because I care.
